Mate is a symbol of friendship and a way to share a moment together. The taste of the hot dance really feels like it dances warmly sweetly on the drinker's tongue. In this product, traditional mate is flavored by roasting some of the leaves and adding marigold and cornflower petals.
Mate Kuuma Tanssi is designed for Finnish tastes and is one of the most popular mate products in retail. By adding roasted mate to the mix, I get a softer and gentler mouthfeel than usual. By adding flowers, the taste has become playfully fruity.

The main ingredient in Mate Kuuman Tanssi is the leaves of the yerba tree, or mate itself. The leaves' high natural caffeine content increases the drinker's alertness. The caffeine in mate gives the drinker a more steady boost than, for example, coffee, whose stimulating effect wears off more quickly. The plant contains a huge amount of natural antioxidants that help the body stay healthy. The leaves are also rich in vitamin C.
The mate has been enriched with natural aromas from marigold and cornflower petals.

All our mate comes directly from the producer in Brazil, without intermediaries. The farm is located in the Paraná province of Brazil, where the yerba trees grow about 700 meters above sea level and the mate is picked fresh.
Valmistus Mateeta voit nauttia eri tavoilla! Voit nauttia Mateen kuten normaalisti valmistaisit irtoteetä. Annostele lehtiä makusi mukaan / yllä olevan ohjeen mukaan. Käytä valmistuksessa kuumaa (mutta ei kiehuvaa) vettä. Ihanteellinen lämpötila on 70-80 astetta. Kiehuva vesi saattaa kitkeröittää maten maun ja tappaa ravintoaineita. Tälle tuotteelle sopiva haudutusaika on noin 7 minuuttia. Tuotteen helppoon hauduttamiseen sopii muun muassa valikoimassamme oleva Easy sihti, jolla on kätevä valmistaa mateeta esimerkiksi kuppi kerrallaan. Perinteisesti mateeta nautitaan kurpitsasta koverretusta Calabash-kupista. Calabash-kuppi sopii nautiskelijoille. Calabashista nautittuna mateen luontaiset aromit voimistuvat. Etelä-Amerikkalaisessa kulttuurissa mateeta jaetaan samasta kupista ja kaunis astia onkin sosiaalisen kokoontumisen keskiössä. Calabash-kuppi täytetään mateella ja sinne kaadetaan hiljalleen kuuma vettä. Valmista mateeta imetään bobilla-pillillä kupista ja vettä lisätään astiaan tarpeen mukaan.
