The whole family's evening tea Organic Rooibos comes directly from Carmien's farm in South Africa and natural fruit oil and organic chamomile are added here in Finland. It's a feel-good drink that, thanks to its caffeine-free nature and chamomile, is especially suitable before going to bed.
On the palate, it is a nutty soft red drink. Invigorating fruit oil brings freshness to the tea and chamomile goes perfectly with rooibos. Rooibos does not become bitter when brewed , because it does not contain tannins or tannic acids like regular tea.

Rooibos tea is a South African brew that naturally contains a lot of antioxidants such as vitamin C as a result of its harsh growing conditions. In South Africa, the locals have used it as a brew for hundreds of years.
Simmer the Rooibos in a fine strainer or pan for about 4-10 minutes. The longer you brew, the stronger the drink you get. You can also conveniently make iced tea from rooibos.
5 tablespoons of rooibos
1.5 L of cold water
Juice of half a lemon or orange
Add some ice cubes
Infuse in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for approx. 45 min-2 h
