A sturdy, stainless steel stemmed tea ball is a tool that should be in every tea lover's cupboard! The tea ball opens like a pincer by squeezing the handle and it is easy to dispense tea into it.
The halves of the tee ball are very flat and the ball stays tightly closed during the entire use. The dense steel mesh of the ball keeps the tea in the ball and only the delicious flavors end up in the water, not loose tea.
After the tea is ready, loose tea is easy to dispose of in organic waste. Since the ball opens by squeezing the handle, you don't have to touch the ball that was in the boiling water, and you can empty it without burning your fingers.
The product is available in three different sizes. The smaller 4.5cm and 5cm versions are suitable for making one cup. The 6.5cm version, on the other hand, is suitable for use in most teapots.
