Japanese bamboo spoon for dispensing matcha. Made by hand by steaming and twisting bamboo. With a matcha spoon, you can easily dispense the right amount of matcha from the bag at once, while with a regular teaspoon you have to wiggle a little.

Pour a spoonful of green matcha tea powder into the bowl per 2 dl of approximately 70-80 degree water. Whisk the matcha until frothy with a matcha whisk.
Clean the bamboo spoon by running hot water over it. Washing with soap and the dishwasher will damage the spoon and may destroy it irreversibly.
