Earl Grey's father, Charles Grey, would be proud of this green version
Earl Gray is Britisha legacy from 1830, when Lord Charles Gray made himself a replica of the tea he received as a gift when the Chinese mandarin visited his court. It is unclear what tea the mandarin actually gave the lord, but the fact is that Mr. Gray and the entire Court fell in love with the unique taste of bergamot oil and black tea.
So we decided to create a green version. In addition to bergamot oil, pieces of lemon peel had to be added to the green tea, and the end result was an evergreen masterpiece. Green earl gray is much healthier than the original black version because green tea has much more L-theanine and antioxidants
